The name Gardno comes up in Google as an area off the Baltic coast, Poland. Love the Welland Canal. I wish Lock 7 webcam would go live again. Thanks for your excellent videos that let me re-live my time there.
Spent 12 hours moored to the sea wall where you started the video awaiting our turn to transit the canal. What an awesome experience actually going through the locks. Very demanding of captain and crew but a highlight of my boating life.
For decades I've always seen the lock from the highway going into Niagara and every time kept thinking I should check it out. I hope to do a camping trip in the area this summer. Great video, as usual.
New subscriber here, usually a railfan. Some of these ships are all banged up on sides, looks like strips of steel have fallen off. Damaged or is that just a cover?
Did I say the opposite? If so, it was an error. I can assure every one, I know which way is which but sometimes when I record its easy to get it the wrong way around, especially when I'm usually down at the other end of the Canal
Not something you see everyday not even here in Leeds , Someone doing pressups on a bridge somewhere in Canada it can't be typical as ive met quite a few Canadians over the years having worked for Bombardier transportation for many years.
A Man u fan from Manchester thought they were all City fans , you must be from Salford then lol, yes I am a Leeds fan , unfortunately I've no faith regarding play+offs we will end up against Southampton in the final , we beat both Leicester & Ipswich home & away Southampton have done it too us .

You should. The Canal is fascinating, especially if you go exploring and find the old canal (Glendale, St.Catharines, near GM plant)

Lake Erie is above Lake Ontario. A ship entering lock one from Lake Ontario is sailing upbound, not down.
