Hey everyone, Riley Gunn here from 53Frogs, coming to you from the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Today, I've got some fantastic news to share with all of you. We've just hit a milestone of 70,000 sales on Opal Auctions! This achievement is huge, more than I ever expected and it's all thanks to you guys, our amazing community of opal enthusiasts. To celebrate, I'm thrilled to announce we're running a special rough opal giveaway!
It is really important that you watch until the end of this video to understand exactly how you can enter the competition.
Now I love cutting White Cliffs Rough Opal and as I know most of you have never had the chance because there is not a lot of mining going on there right now, I’ve bought a thousand dollar parcel. I split it up into two seperate lots and will be picking two winners for this giveaway.
Now, I want to take a moment to talk about something important - online security. We've seen instances where scammers attempt to exploit situations like this by telling people they've won when they haven't. Here’s how we’re handling this to keep you safe:
Winners will be contacted directly only through the. Opal Auctions Message interface. It will be on the 27th AEST, And it will come from my 53Frogs account.
Be cautious. Please ignore any messages or comments claiming you've won the giveaway from unofficial accounts or channels.
Riley: Your trust and safety are paramount. I'm here to celebrate our community's passion for opals, not to put anyone at risk. If you receive any suspicious messages, please ignore them.
Here's how it works: From now until the 27th of March, 10am Brisbane time, anyone who grabs anything and checks out from my shop 53Frogs will be automatically entered into the draw. And to keep it fair, each name will be entered only once, giving everyone an equal chance to win some of these stunning opals.
You can buy anything from my shop. An optical dopping kit, some of our new templates, opals, anything. And for those of you with carts that are already open, all you need to do is check out before the 27th at 10am AEST in order to be entered. For all of my American opal lovers this will be evening of the 26th of March.
On the 27th of March, I'll be spinning the wheel to pick the two lucky winners, and I'll announce them on our nnopals UA-cam channel. I will also send messages on Opal Auctions from my official 53Frogs account to each of the two winners. So make sure you're subscribed and have those notifications turned on. If you haven’t visited our UA-cam channel yet you can just google nnopals UA-cam and we will be the top hit returned.
I'll personally cover the cost of shipping these opals to the winners, no matter where in the world you are.

Congratulations on the milestone that’s fantastic news. I’ve never purchased anything from you before but I’m starting to look at your store more and more often and I’m seeing things that I like. I personally have never won anything in my life but I mean one of those bags of opals would be really cool. I think that would be amazing but anyways congratulations again take care and God bless.

i always enjoy hearing when those who've achieved a level of success, sometimes at a higher level than they thought was attainable, give back to the process by inspiring forward. meaning, a lot of people were helped by successful people to then become successful themselves. the ones which gave help do not want or need anything in return as helping someone else to become successful was their reward. of course besides what one knows, learns, or help received, success can also depend on having an environment supportive of such successes. congratulations Riley, from my limited personal experiences of our interactions i'd say, well deserved!
