- In today's video I dive into the reasons why I removed the turbo from my LS powered 1973 Camaro. I go through the installation of a new ECU and share some minor updates. Join me as I revive and refine this car to bring it back to my favorite street car.

The split bumper is my favorite of that generation. That one is a keeper
Always loved that year.
A 450 -500 fwhp LS swapped 2nd gen is a super fun street car! Hope to see it out again this summer as I'm working to get my 81 Z28 out as well! Keep the content coming.
Thanks!!!
What a nice car! That build approach should be a blast to drive. Not too radical to just plain enjoy. I am building a 70 Camaro now, just finishing the shell for a LS build. I have the Speedtech rear suspension installed, mated to a Art Morrison front subframe. The block machine work is going on now, on a stock LSX-LS7 powering a ford 9". Did decide to put DSE mini tubs and DSE rear roll bar and subframe connectors. Should be plenty of car for fun.
Thanks! Your build sounds great
Early 2 gens for the win. 😊
sick
Man, why can’t LS motors hide the alternator like we do with the coyote?
Dang I guess big block swaps really are gone RIP. Also the LQ4 isn't an LS lol
Hey man, was there some reliability or fuel consumption concerns with the turbo setup? I could understand it for the sweet sweet NA sound.
Not at all, just the wrong car to make fast! I care about it too much
Thanks for your contents I'm curious on the harness you're using if you could share a link. Thank you if you could I am doing the same to a second gen
I think they're all the same! It's a China 24x harness, no idea the brand a friend of mine gave it to me
@@WestcoastWrenchin okay if he ever comes up with the link please share thanks again and keep up with the content
