It was the positive birth experience I've always wished for...
I've been watching so many of these before giving birth, which helped me prepare for the big day, and so I knew I definitely want to contribute and share our story!

This was one of the most beautiful and REAL unmedicated births I've seen. A lot of people only show pushing for a few minutes and boom baby is here. I loved how you showed it all!

@@lindseyp9131 Agreed lol and they ALL seem to use the same title "raw + real"...like, yeah, sure, but you didn't give birth in 30 minutes, so it's objectively not the entire thing. Which is fine lol but I was very misled in what I thought birth would be like due to vlogs like that. Made my labor so much harder because I thought I was doing it wrong (OP baby, lots of screaming lol)

Maternity hospitals are like a dictatorship! Women are not allowed to have control over their bodies during the labor/birthing process. That's not right! Where are all the feminists? Why arent they fighting against this abuse?
@@coppersulphate002 that is why you do a birth plan and stay vocal about what your wishes and demands are. Be your own advocate and don't let them control your experience because they can recommend but in the end you do what's best for you especially if you want a natural birth experience with minimal medical intervention. That's why more women are using birthing centers and midwives instead of hospitals and doctors.
@@brendabenitez7359 if you are not hooked up to anything or a fall risk you can move around but once they put in an IV (sometimes)or anything into your body you have to stay in the bed. You can request that you be allowed to move around and not be hooked up to anything.
The birth service here is very good, parents can enter with their children

Just had my son in November and it was a 3.5 hour all natural birth and I would not change it for the world. You did amazing. The noises you were making I can so relate to!! I felt it right there with you! Women are so amazing, the pain is unmatched but so is the reward ❤️

Though late, congratulations to all of you!! This was so beautiful, I couldn't help but tear up with joy!! I loved that there were no invasive tubes, needles, procedures, etc... When my daughter was born MANY, MANY moons ago, the first thing they did when you got to the hospital, was to poke, prod, stick and and get short tempered with you, until you were more scared of what THEY were doing, than the harder stages of labor and delivery. I am so happy you have the memory of this birthing rather than what some of us Mom's still have nightmares about. Many blessings and best wishes for you all!!!

Nothing against you girl, you’re a warrior! But I wish women would stop saying things like “I’m going to put on makeup so I feel less disgusting”. You are beautiful! Your makeup isn’t what makes you beautiful! You are! I don’t know what you were going through, I’m currently pregnant with my first and just now heading into the uncomfortable parts of pregnancy, but we as women need to go in this together and stop saying things like this for the next generation of girls.

This wasn’t my intention at all though... I do feel better when wearing makeup, I have to admit, but less for the appearance side of it and more for how productive it makes me feel... a distraction from the pain... I think it was the first day I wore makeup in months then lol 😂

What hospital? I’m 34 weeks. I want my environment to be this peaceful and accommodating. My first child was natural birth unmediated in a hospital but I wasn’t treated nicely and I was feel very stressed.
