A recent Win 11 Pro update to V24H2 has changed the procedure to enable FileShare. For some customers who receive an automatic Windows update, the link to FileShare will be automatically broken. The new procedure is : Top Access/Admin/ Setup/Network/SMB/ Authentication of Network Server. Enter the copier's Admin Username & PW. Usually Admin/ 123456. Check "Remember my Credentials". Save, Test.
For Apple OSX computers On the desktop select Go from the menu bar along the top and then choose Connect to Server. In the search bar type in: smb://ip-address-of-copier. (Those are forward slashes, it's opposite to Windows.) That will bring up a box where you can select File_Share.
You need to be sure that the Toshiba copier's firmware is relatively up to date as Windows 11 will likely not allow old version below FW1210 to work. Depending on your model FW1900 is the latest.
I suspect the scanned file did not arrive in the File Share folder. The copier logs only contain the transaction data, not the file content. You cannot retrieve the files back.
hi derrick, since windows 11 last update i can 't access my file share folder on the copier, ask for windowss credentials, hope someone can help me with ta issue, thank you

Back up the data to somewhere. Delete the shortcut. Create a new shortcut.
