Nick ... About the perfect sauce or the perfect rub (5:05), I wish that you would have written up the recipe here, because we are following both of your videos (04-27-2024). But, be nice for you to detail exactly what are the contents of the sauce and rub. Then, we can try it too. Today, I am not sure if I will glaze, because I started half-ass and just wanted some chicken legs, but I'm running out of stuff. I love this rub for BBQ brisket: "McCormick Grill Mates Marinade Mesquite" (which is $23.50 for a nice sized container), and it does work on chicken too. But, it's gotten so expensive, and it takes so much that I plan to manufacture everything at home. Even the Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce is something that I love too, but it's $10 a bottle. So, I've got to just make it at home, then it'll allow me to waste a lot as I am cooking it. Because I like to experiment too, yet I hate to experiment then it not be food-tasting quality (which has happened). But, anyway, do try to document exactly your recipes where all of us can work together to figure this BBQ thing out. Thanks ... your loyal subber, Poe

Okay, I got to end of your video (9:55), and it sounds like you've got another video showing how you made the sauce, because you have a Chicken BBQ series (which I didn't know). But, I don't see the Recipe in the Description (as promised in video) ... nor do I see a link to that other video. Again, I'm not criticizing; I'm just helping you improve your channel. Because I always give ideas to other UA-camrs (e.g., Chris Titus) and look where his channel is now. And, you can do the same. You've got the handsome looks, great personality, and incredible humor. You've got everything that people want to watch, and I've loved re-viewing this video to listen again at the steps you did to create your mouth-watering and juicy chicken.

Okay, Nick, I've got brave again on 04-13-2024, and I plan to cook some chicken legs a different way this time. I wanted a glaze too, this time. Because I used your BBQ suggestions on that other chicken leg video, and I am doing pure BBQ rub on one set and another set will be Glazing too. So, I can't wait (tomorrow) to see how things come out. But, your videos inspire me and help me see that I can do it too. Just the way you present it, is so funny, charming, and enjoyable to watch. You sure have what a popular UA-camr needs. Also, thanks for being generous with us.

Just bought me a pit boss pellet smoker and didn't know what I was doing I've watched several how to vids and yours are the best, I have so many leftovers in my fridge it's sad.

I came across your channel looking for smoked chicken ideas for a video I want to do and I came across your channel...awesome food you make on here. After watching a couple of your chicken videos you got me hook line and sinker to subscribe. I can't wait to check out more of the delicious looking food you make. I haven't scrolled through all your videos yet but have you ever tried chicken lollipops yet? They are a little bit of work to French the end of the bone but well worth doing it once. It's a unique way of eating chicken legs. Anyway...nice job on these legs and I look forward to watching many more of your videos.
