fan veils are extremely beautiful
I always forget how to hold the damn things. 🙃 I have pretty bad arthritis in my hands, sometimes I end up fighting with my fan veils more than I end up dancing with them.

What my mom has been taken for her arthritis is Organic Crystal Sulfur, I have been taken some too. Her arthritis and my joints feels much better.
But what you are doing be being active is very good!!
