    How to make it NOT SO RUNNY: simply beat sugar & butter first. Then lastly FOLD the cream cheese in by HAND.
    This is bc sugar pulls out moisture from cream cheese. So does agitation & heat. Creaming butter & sugar separately ensures the sugar is covered and wont pull out moisture. We aren’t applying heat. And finally we are folding in the cream cheese by hand, ensuring we don’t agitate any moisture out.

    Finally a recipe that doesn’t tell you you need like 10 cups of sugar or it will fall apart and then you get icing that hurts your teeth or gives you a headache

    Okay... Thank you for this bc I had a previous recipe, but that called for heavy whipping cream (and I didnt have that on hand) and I came across this, and it was super helpful and so much easier! ❤

    If you don’t know how much is oz in cups, I’ll make it easy for you!🌹
    1 cup softened butter
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup cream cheese ( you can use Philadelphia cream cheese)
    1 tsp of vanilla
    And here you go!
    Tip: don’t over mix it it’s gonna turn runny and cannot be piped nor spread easily.🌹🌹

      The cream cheese will be very gooey. The butter helps to break up the fat. To compensate add more powdered sugar and then dilute with water. It won’t be as smooth or creamy. Best of luck!

    Wasted my time because I did it exactly like he said and it still came out runny smh I’m looking for a fluffy texture not a runny one.
    8oz of cream cheese
    8oz of butter but I see he had two sticks of butter and 8oz is one stick so how much did he really put of butter.
    Then 8oz of powder sugar and 1teaspoon of vanilla extract
    Beated it for 10mins and I had runny cream cheese filling smh. This the second time I do it too.

      Check the how moist is ur butter it means that it doesn’t have fat enough
