Creaming butter & sugar separately ensures the sugar is covered and wont pull out moisture. We aren’t applying heat. If you don’t know how much is oz in cups, I’ll make it easy for you!🌹 1 cup softened butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup cream cheese ( you can use Philadelphia cream cheese) 1 tsp of vanilla And here you go! Tip: don’t over mix it it’s gonna turn runny and cannot be piped nor spread easily.🌹🌹
The cream cheese will be very gooey. The butter helps to break up the fat. To compensate add more powdered sugar and then dilute with water. It won’t be as smooth or creamy. Best of luck!
