Haha the breaker scene was great. Didn’t think to use my toddler to help me but I will now!
As a 6'4" person, I admire your commitment to making this content, particularly with the head butt of the boob light. "Like"
We are making updates to the 90’s house we just bought and I had seen your vids a month ago. Thank you so much for sharing these lights! We had “boob” lights everywhere and they are all gone now! Super easy update and the lights themselves were a great deal for a 12 pack!
So I changed out an older light metal box to replace it with this led type light. Although it's fairly easy once you remove the light box, no one tells you that removing a metal box from an older house with no attic might be difficult, especially when it is held in by nails and not screws. This took me the most time, removing the metal box within a 6-inch space fastened by 14/16 penny nails (3 in the center and 1 on each end). Using a cat's paw, I could remove the 3 nails in the center of the box, but there were two more, one on each end, nailed into the rafters. In the end, a hacksaw was the only way to get the last two nails off without damaging my ceiling. I succeeded, but not without effort. Looks great, nevertheless. Thanks for the video.
I’m a leg man myself so I guess I will replace our one boob light and not think twice about it! Thanks for the info.
Awesome video and your assistant was the coolest
Just what i need. DIY!!!
Adorable assistant 😊
Dude your upload game is on fire! 🙏🏼 keep it up, looking forward to seeing your change blow up.
omg cutest helper ever.....
Good job on the video
*_bro! i was literally typing my comment about connecting multiple lights and i waited till the end hahahahah. the placement on the dining room table light is horrible and wanted to do recessed along the length of the table! you rock thank you. would love to collab!_*
Thought you were like 7’5” til you mentioned the ceilings were a bit lower 😂 great vid, going to change our boob lights in the hallway!
That's pretty rad, now I need to convince my in-laws to get rid of their Fugly Boob Light for something like this.
Great job. Thank you! On a separate note i think you could do a great Ali G impression... Would be hilarious.
Cheers!
Could you please provide a link for the snap I n bushing? Thank you!
1:55 is why you always label your breaker box 😂
Never liked a video so fast
lmaoo that intro was crazy
If we lived on Venus would the grounding cable be called the Venus cable?
How do you add more lights to this one?
Can u make a video how to connect more lights from that first light u did? Or how to run another light. 😃 thanks
Very late, but you need to do a daisy chain and ensure your breaker/fuse can handle the amperage and install a proper switch that can handle the wattage.
Hi from morocco bero
the title cracked me up. my boyfriend calls them boob lights, too.
Nice video and exactly what we wanted to do with out lights. Do you happen to have a link to the 4" lights? You listed the 6" link for both the 4" and 6" lights. I did a search on AMZ for the 4" but they're not coming up by that manufacturer. Thanks!
There’s smart led lights on amz. That’s what I got. I even got 4” because usually they cut 4” holes for the box. So it was no cut quick install of 4”. :)
Can these be used outside on a covered patio?
It says it can be used in a shower / wet room area but it doesn’t mention anything about outdoors. That said I personally have used them outside in covered areas and they have been perfectly fine.
lmao I'm glad I'm not the only one calling them boob lights
Booby lights! Ugh those booby lights!
Lmfao!!!
Hows your head lol
and that's how i know I'm poor. because I don't see a reason to change out a perfectly working light and I also don't think it looks that bad : /
Why tf is your ceiling 6 feet high?
It doesn’t look much brighter
The power lock-out demo was the bomb. It brought me back to "DAD'S" 1960s and '70s TV antenna adjustments.
