Premium seating is one of the optional add-ons to your day at Volcano Bay in Orlando, Florida. We walk you through the process of selecting your premium seats for the day and show you around Volcano Bay!
You can purchase premium seating at the park, but we highly recommend reserving seating in advance. I reserved our seats two months before our trip and paid $169 for the upgrade and when we asked at the park what the cost was for that day the prices started at $200. Premium seating is limited and can sell out as well on busy days.

Volcano Bay is such an incredible waterpark! Me and my family went there a month and a half ago on Friday May 31st, 2024. We’re from Canada🇨🇦 and we’ve been to all the Disney World and Universal theme parks several times in the past when I was much younger, but Volcano Bay is our first visit and we had an amazing time!! The wave pool is awesome, there are so many unique water attractions to try out (especially the Aqua Coaster) and the food is delicious 🤤 we had their coconut chicken curry🍛 at Kohola Reef restaurant. If my family plans on another Orlando trip in the future, we would definitely love to come back here again!! It’s so much fun!! 🤩❤️🌋💦💦

We got the Premium seating first time going to VB, not sure I’d do it again. When the sun moves around the awning doesn’t provide any shade and had to use my towel over my legs to prevent burn. They need some umbrellas. Loved the cushion lounges and lock box.
Also someone recently posted that when they returned to their seating another couple were sitting in their spot, that didn’t have premium seating. Apparently they don’t check people entering.

For those curious, they’re going for around $230 for the first week of June 2024. Just reserved mine.

Oh yeah, we pass on the upper price range too for cabanas! It’s normally just us so that’s $$$$. Off season you can get a cabana for $250-$350! That’s when it’s fun to splurge for sure! A cabana after a week of HHN is awesome!
What was the price of the seats?
We paid $169 for the pair calling before our trip. The day of it was priced at $200. This was a Saturday in May though and I’ve heard you can get better deals on weekdays and more off season. But if you are interested we’d absolutely recommend reserving ahead of time since they increase the price leading up to the day you want to do it.
