Thank you so much for the kind feedback! The depth of facial features doesn't get represented often, so I figured the best way to do it is to literally shine a light at it. I'm also hoping to cut down the time required for making these videos without sacrificing quality. I'm having such a hard time keeping up with weekly uploads 😅
I'm a HUGE SNK fan. Too many raw 90s gaming memories with SamSho , KOF, AOF , Fatal fury, world heroes , Garou etc etc A stellar figure, for me, they got sooo much right with this sculpt, (the sculpted hair is near perfect !) the body proportions, detailing and extras i just had to buy him . worth it.... the massive Box he arrived in ! I'm one of the few that don't mind visible joints on my figures so long as its sculpted really well and accessories are on point He's just as i remembered from Samurai showdown 2. it makes me wonder if they'd ever make another figure, a 1/6 Nakoruru or a 1/6 Charlotte with that armour would be nice.... Excellent review Elbear.
Thank you again for the continued support~ And I'm so happy to meet a fellow SNK fan!! Congrats on getting your own Haohmaru too, hopefully you had better luck than I did with the head sculpt 😆 The 90's and early 2000's were truly the golden age of 2D fighting games. I would be so down for a 1/6 Nakoruru as well! It might be a stretch, but if they ever make a Garou MotW Rock Howard or Terry Bogard, my life would be complete...

@@ElbearToys same. I cant wait to see your review on those figures. This Haohmaru looks amazing! Awesome review!!! Now that I see what Tunshi Studio is capable of, I can't wait until I get my hands on their Metal Slug 3, Marco and Tarma figures!
Thank you so much for watching! I'm pretty psyched for Tunshi's Metal Slug figures too~ (Well, that plus their KoF stuff) Though I prolly won't be collecting them because I'm afraid what will happen if I start collecting 1/12 😅
Got it since released and was really surprised how big the box was and how good the figure is. He can almost be in his fighting stance (left hand can't reach the sword hilt, so he's just like preparing to switch stance). Another great review and great choice of figure you collect. I can't wait for my main, Ukyo.
It's a real bummer that Haomaru can't hold his idle fighting stance. Though I'm afraid that's just not possible for current 1/6 figures. I just reviewed the Iconiq Studios Ryu. Even the soft rubber body on that figure can't do this pose. And thank you so much for watching~ I'm super stoked for Ukyo as well!!
Oh yes Haohmaru, this guy has bene my favorite figure for an entire year and has been on display. The box is gigantic and aside of the difficulty to change hands, he is beyond perfect. Ukyo is nice looking next but i hope Tunshi also make a Genjuro or Galford.
Haohmaru is a worthy contender for one of 2022's best~ Definitely wouldn't mind a Genjuro or Galford. I'd also add Hanzo, Nakoruru, and Charlotte to my wishlist (I'm just that greedy 😆).
It certainly is~ Which makes me wish they would do the same for some of the bulkier fighters like Terry Bogard, or even some female fighters who have a more bespoke physique. But congrats on getting yours too! This is a good one!
@@ElbearToys Actually,I want a 1/6 figure of Ryu hayabusa, but he was so unpopular that no one wanted to make it,the only actionfigure I have is made by NECA in 2008 XD.

I hope so too~ Tunshi Studio seems to be going very strong already with a bunch of upcoming SNK-related releases, such as the 1/6 KoF '97 Blue Mary and Mai, as well as 1/12 Metal Slug figures. Still though, hopefully they can keep this up. Thanks for watching!
The muscular body is truly a remarkable endeavor by Tunshi Studio. They could’ve picked a generic figure body by another manufacturer. But instead, they put in the extra effort. And it paid off big time. Thank you so much for watching!
The hair is stylish like smeared sauce on a fancy plate of dessert 😆 The figure is hefty to be sure but not overwhelming. Thanks for the kind comments, as always~
That toy sword was classified as an actual weapon? Did they think you were going to attack some ants? LOL. And eek on the hair piece damaging the head. Once again excellent review. I was gonna get this figure but it sold out and this is making me regret the loss so much more. The not too flexible articulation doesn't bother me since the character doesn't do overly acrobatic moves anyway. I was wondering if the pants are a bit too small versus source material since in-game they tend to look a little poofy/baggy but it does look good anyway.
Maybe Singapore was once invaded by an army of samurai ants that no one knew about 🤣 Thank you as always for the kind comments, and your eyes are sharp as ever! For SamSho 2, I'd argue the pants look about right. For later iterations, they certainly are much baggier, almost as if they were hakama style pants. TNS Figures still has this figure in stock (albeit slightly higher than MSRP). Not that I'm tryna to be the devil, but now might be a better time to get it than later. Myself being an example, if the head sculpt is damaged by its own packaging, there's at least a chance to either get an exchange or refund. Happy collecting~
