You're so right about the Dunning-Kruger effect in photography; I used to like my photos more but as I learnt more I kept getting disappointed and annoyed with some of the compositions I take. Though, I always try to remind myself to enjoy doing what I'm doing and I'll get better over time anyway; I look at it as a journey of learning and instead of being disappointed at my older pictures. I just look at them to remind myself of how I've grown when taking photos. Also, I just got your new presents; I'm looking forward to using them later. I loved using your older ones.
I find the disappointment strongest right at the precipice of growth. It's a false peak that challenges you to climb onward. Sometimes input resolves it, sometimes new constraints, sometimes fresh goals, and sometimes new perspective. I find it helps to do a combination of these to push the frustration over into brand new clarity. 🙏
Hi Adrien, I really like the photos you took! On my end, when I reconnect to myself, it helps to enjoy the process, have fun and lowers pressure. Enjoy Japan!
Kudos to you, I walked around Seoul for about an hour yesterday getting some shots for a new video and was absolutely drenched in sweat! Relaxing video and very calming shots, lovely video man.
When I feel like I'm less enthusiastic or making the same old photos...I use a compact digital camera with terrible spec, a holga film camera or my iphone. Gets me to the bare basics and freedom to make a picture. I feel renewed and the excitement returns. Cheers!
Bro I just wanted to say I've recently used your presets on my honeymoon in Croatia and they were incredible. Thanks for providing some greats edits! Hope to see you in Japan next year as I'm planning to visit! Cheers man. You're super talented. I've got bad days of shooting, myself, but that effort to go out and find great photos make it worth it!
The photos in this video are wonderful!
Thank you very much!

The first pic is outstanding. You are a great photographer and you know how to post-process
Thanks! :)

Thanks a lot! :)
Another great video! Definitely feel the struggles you mention. I think we all deal with that from time to time. Sometimes more often than not.
Thanks for commenting, happy to know I am not alone haha
Absolutely beautiful!❤️
Thanks :)
Totally agree with the intro

What camera strap are you using in this video?
Also love your content. Keep it up! 😃
It's a cheap one from Amazon from a very generic brand ^^'
Shoot black and white in bright daytime and colours at night
I will try that
Even though I know it's highly subjective, could you share a music playlist that you use when you're out shooting photos?
I actually like to listen to music from movie, with less or no lyrics
