149db for 2 HCCA's on an 11k tuned to 42hz don't seem right, I feel like they should be way louder than that.
Looks like he has the gains set fairly conservative, with 11k they should move much more , I didn’t hear or see any distortion those subs are absolutely beasts

I have 2k on one 12” and it does 145db at 32hz and 142 at 20hz and it’s an SQ build.
The box is way too small, 149 with 11,000 watts? lol
Not sure but i think thats not the issue here 🤔

I just scored one on Amazon and they have 13 left. Just got mine in the mail and it took 4 days. 12' 2ohm.... and it took me over 2yrs of searching with one being ordered then said they had none in stock.

Yes and no, depends on the box for performance. Bigger box for less power. Overall I would suggest 1.5x rated for starting rms of amp. So 2.5-3k amp?

Them subs could do so much damage if it was tuned lower
Lowering the tunning would worsen the score for those subs he using them for spl/daily a better tunning would be lower but with less score

Zv6 would have more motor force for sure and handle little more power. Really 2 different subs, goodluck.

Orion has great quality but i kno my two gravity warzone 12s knock louder and i dont have near as much $ invested as he does. Orion aint cheap.

Yup those subs are underrated and don't really care what box there in, there not so loud as say a sundown but there musical af like super musical, you can make em do lows highs they handle it all and a recone is super easy so it's well worth the money imo

OK first off old bass heads are who started this shit.. Fosgate punch 45s on 12s in the Nissan hardbodys snugg tops... OK just came into a Lil money and I've never built anything close to what I'm looking for now wanted 2 of the newest 15s Hcca orions along with dont know how much needed on subs. Help please... 2500 watts on mids & highs mecman alts ect. Going in 2018 four door GMC . I'm in central Arkansas need est complete build and equipment as long as it's orion changes will be up to builder please hit me back with help or info on someone who can do this
Hey Mike thanks for watching! Your best bet is to get all the equipment online dealer then go to a local shop if you can’t do yourself. I’m all the way in Georgia so can’t assist.
