Man! You really got me klick that subscribe 😃 Jokes aside! Did subscribe because you really do give some real insight into mics with real world examples, not just techie bs! And of course, you are the proof that no techie stuff (no matter how perfect the mic is) can replace or compensate enthusiasm and energy you give to your vocal work… whether its a singing, narration, podcast or whatever! God job and best of luck to you sir!
Wow, thanks so much for the kind words... Much appreciated! I know there are plenty of mic vids out there. So I'm just trying to give a bit of a different approach. Thanks again!
Hi! Thanks so much for your videos, they are not only fun to watch but also usefull and clear. Knowing that you have already reviewed also the Shure SM27, would you say that MK4 is better than it? Thanks!! Cheers from Peru.
Thanks for the kind words! Oh man... It's really a toss up between those two mics for me. If forced to choose, I personally would probably go with the MK4 :)
Honestly… I hear what the other person is commenting about… it sounds shrill on you….. but I will definitely say it’s not “you” it’s you’re room, something is reflective around the 800-7k range. I had the same issue with my mics in my booth and it was because of my labtop screen, made my at4050, avantone cv12, wa87r2 sound shrill, heck even my sm7b sounded a bit shrill, took them out of my booth and viola problem fixed
Mk4 is the closest sounding microphone to the TLM 103.
Absolutely buy it if u want the tlm sound in affordable price 😉
Powerful 💪
