FJ Cruiser. Quirky features, Toyota reliability, better ride, less road noise, it's a modern classic and has the best resale value of any car at the moment.
Came here for the FJ content. I own a 2011 FJ and would pick it over the Jeep. I owned a Jeep Wrangler in college so been there, drove that 😄 The FJ is more unique and a better quality vehicle. Granted I did like the Jeep when I had it but the FJ is much more comfortable to drive and definitely a better and smoother ride.
TBH, if money weren't a factor at all. I'd Import a 2019 FJ from Dubai. The new ones come with a built in air compressor and optional expanded capacity fuel tank. If I ever get deployed, I may ship one back on the governments dime. 😁
I’m in love with the FJ Cruiser, I watch your channel to gain knowledge about different suspension lifts, wheel and tire packages and accessories. Very helpful to me, I am in search for a FJ with reasonable mileage
I actually bought a low mileage FJ, an Army Green 2010 a few weeks ago. Keeping mine more road trip oriented as it has all the off road prowess I need at the moment but still love seeing these lifted FJs, especially your build!
Just bought an 07 fjc. Sun fusion. No mods yet. Love love it. Will do so mods a little at a time. Trying to do my homework first. Not an off reader but love how it handles and Toyota dependability. 150k mi. right MI.. love how well fjc has held its value. Thanks for the video.
I have a 2010. I found however a 33.5 cooper sst pro mud tire is about as big as I want to go, as a practical driver, with a 3 inch lift. The cost just explode after that with additional parts, gas, etc. I mostly overland, my biggest wish is a larger fuel tank.
I have a fj cruiser, I want to get new wheels and tires, new front bumper get the black mirrors and door handles and put a cold air take and other things as well but trying to find all the products as well as someone that can install it as well.
Had Jeeps for years. They lost me once they started using mini van engines. Now Jeep is owned by FIAT I just cannot bring myself to owning a vehicle that is not dependable. Had my FJ now for 9 years and will keep it for as long as I can. Super dependable with a classic look. Just not into a FIAT JEEP, my friends wife just bought a Jeep with a TURBO 4, are you kidding me? 3????
Sa same here on 295 until after Katrina and then I bought a 2011 FJ it handles much better on the road and it really gets down in the mud and I like it a little better
I have both and have owned both. The new jeeps are far better then ever! Jeeps are superior in rock crawling. And the technology is evident in the new ones. The last time you owned a Jeep was what 20 years ago? These are the facts!
@88rotors I’m purchasing the Total Chaos 3.5 long travel setup for my FJ, using King shocks and King triple bypass. I’m also swapping out the axle shafts for a set of RCV 3.5 extended axles for the FJ. My question is this...is it possible to run a 5-6 inch lift (example a ProComp 6 inch lift) with this? I’m curious, but also seriously interested in your answer. I’m also considering a ultimate Dana 60 stretched 6 inches for the rear. Definitely running Total Chaos extended travel rear arms (upper and lower) with a custom panhard bar.
IF MONEY WAS NOT A FACTOR, WHICH WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE? FJ CRUISER OR JEEP JL RUBICON? AND WHY?
FJ. More exclusive and Toyota reliability.

The FJ Value retention and superior tech.
Um you got one out of two right. Jeeps tech now is far better then Toyota’s.

Is the FJ regeared or no
Not regeared. 35’s on an FJ actually doesn’t feel that bad in my opinion. But I’m regearing mine next week
What final gear are you using after installing the 35s??

Fj cruiser all day long
Fj dude. I have a '13 in army green.
FJ!
It’s virtually impossible for UA-camrs to say “comment” without following with “down below”.
What did you need to fit the 35’s aside from the lift, Bmc and pinch welds?
That's about it.
The fj on 35s its on a x4lift?
Wrong color wheels on the silver FJ but I’d still pick it over the Jeep.
