- The gingerbread house decorating party is a beloved family tradition that has been going on for many years. We all cherish this event and the time spent together with family ❤️. We were extra thankful this year that for the first time in a long time, all grandkids were available to be together on the same day! Do you like decorating gingerbread houses? Hello! Welcome to our page! I’m Val, 53-years-old and a full-time caregiver to my dependent adult daughter. Here, we share our everyday life experiences as a family living with a dependent adult. Our goal is to help other families gain insight and awareness of what everyday life can be like when living with a dependent adult-child with special needs, and to take some of the mystery out of what it will be like when special needs children grow into special needs adults. Campbell, you are absolutely lovely, and so understanding and calm with Jess. It's so lovely to witness. You can really see how beneficial your calm and gentle approach is to her. She produced a lovely gingerbread house last year, too. Well done, Jess. I wish I could join in, and sneak some of the goodies, too! 😂😂😂

Yes. They are pictures made across the years at the Gingerbread House decorating event. I now have more than even a large tree can accommodate. There’s a picture of each grandchild holding their creation each year.
Jess did such a Great job decorating her Gingerbread House with Baddaddy ! Special Family Time Together, the Best ! Never Decorated a Gingerbread House, but was so fun to watch Everyone, All did Great ! Nonnie & Grandad’s Home is So Festive & Decorated Beautifully for Christmas! 💕🎄🎁
