- Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel for another video. In this video we are going to be looking at upgrading the stock HT Neck Collar with the OT Customs version. There has been some concerns over the accuracy of the stock HT collar but also, concerns swapping from the cowl to the Bruce Wayne sculpt. Here I will go through the complete mod including making changes to the Hot Toys cape which is required to make the mod work properly.

Just a little warm up with a hair blow drier will soften the original parts to allow the head and new collar to squeeze in easy.

today. Great video instructions. I have the OT collar and didn't want to take the cape apart but pulled it down enough to hide it.

I finally received my Hot Toys Batman yesterday and I also added the OT custom collar and the fully painted sticky bomb gun👍🏼
It certainly is an improvement such a shame HT didn’t make it right the first time but good thing there’s talented customizers that can help those out!
This is a massive nitpick, but does the flight suit in the shoulders and arms look burgundy in hand? It really sticks out to me, but i know its nitpicky. The new collar completely transforms the neck and cowl for the HT. Looks lots better
Did the same mod, its a small detail but does wonders on the look of the figure. Wish someone would make a cape for this guy already!. Thinking of trimming the bottom of the face plate to remove a bit of that under chin to see if I can get a bit more movement on it.
I agree! I dont like that little piece under the chin. It looks weird from certain angles when posing the sculpt
It's a good improvement, but I'm fine with the stock figure. I'm getting the inart version so that will hopefully have a better collar.
Yup this isnt "required" for everyone but I do see the difference but as with all figures some mods arent meant for everyone. I also have the InArt as well on order and Im really looking forward to that one!

Hmmm....the head sculpt looks sunken ---- looks like he has no neck and looks hunchback....12:02 as opposed to the head with cowl....
I wont lie, I had some issues and yea it was a pain in the ass installing the Bruce sculpt and it sill didn't look good.
@@mr.momcollectibles I recently acquired the Deluxe edition. I'll check this out myself just out of curiosity because I'll be displaying this with the cowl on.
@@mr.momcollectibles I fixed the hunched look on my HT Batman as suggested by Art15 Customs: I took out the peg located underneath the neck and glued it back in but with 2mm of it protruding outwards (as opposed to it being originally glued flushed).
All these mods convinced me to stay far away from this figure
Ahhh come on buddy I sense some hate haha it’s still a great figure. And I’m also getting InArt as well
