    Do you feel that getting a HELOC now is not a good idea as the banks could crash and the they freeze your lien. Thoughts.

    I own my home free and clear.
    I have the deed, No Liens. is a HELOC a wise move for me, for my first fix & flip?
    Or wholesale double close?
    2nd question: would you recommend the Priority I've chosen or something different?

      Depends on how much extra cash you have to invest?

      10-15k out of pocket cash. I could probably scrape up another 10k.
      .. so if I do an Assignment Contract and can't find a cash buyer, I'd have to flip it myself. (Hard money or HELOC). Just wondering if my approach should be to go in as a flipper (Secure Hard money or HELOC first) but assign the contract if I find a cash buyer within inspection period?
      I'm not afraid of the flip work but I'd prefer to wholesale and flip when I can't find a cash buyer ..
      Trying to find my way on my 1st deal.
      I'm hungry.

      @@TheoFrankuse your home you already own it your mindset is right don’t use your liquid cash to fund it, me personally I’d use the money from the home to leverage what I have but hey I’m human
