Honestly, it made me cry watching this video. I am starting to admire Mayor Isko. He is very smart and talks a lot of sense, really! He is confident and oozing with people skills. We are FAR FAR behind from other ASIAN countries. I live in South Korea for almost 20 years and Korea has been poorer than the Philippines in 1988 backward. But look at now, they improved and still improving because of unity, respect, obedient and pride.
