I want to give you some advice: in VRChat, if it bothers you when people far away are talking quite loudly, if you double-click on the volume menu (small menu), the earmuff mode is activated. This mode allows you to lower the volume or make it inaudible outside of a certain range, so when you record, those speaking outside your set range won't bother you.
