They are taking very long time to build a flat and to handover on time. This site is started nearly an year back 2 engineers where shifted and still it is not handed over to us. For each and everything we need to shout and ask. Not satisfied with their work. A simple fan hole they can't place properly in the center. They have placed on the corner because of that we can fix either fan or AC . Builder have to take responsibility but he never come and visit. If we say they will enquire with all their people and will take long time to complete. There is no park inside Nova but they have mentioned there is a park.Electric work very bad, construction work very worst, plumbing work worst, very worst carpenter work (door that they fix are bended one can't even lock properly), plastering work very worst( if we drill all the msand is falling very low quality cement, bricks, all products they have used). please do not choose poovai construction their work is too bad without visiting and verifying with everyone near by please do not book flats or villa.we had lot of expectations but all our money went in vain.
