Goa's land is precious in terms of fertility ,clean beaches and lush green mountains with coal in it .
Therefore everyone has eye on its land .
And that makes very very important to declare maximum area of forests under tiger reserve and national parks .
Infact there should be land ceiling and ban on purchase of land outside limits of municipality for non Goans .
