Hi there! Thank you for sharing your reasons for joining this channel. I completely understand your desire to get back into your early 20's physique and it's amazing that you used to semi-body build. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work to maintain a strong and fit body. I'm sure with your experience and determination, you will be able to achieve your fitness goals. You are an inspiration to many of us who may be in a similar situation. I wish you all the best on your journey and I'm glad to have you as a fellow member of this channel. Let's continue to support and motivate each other on our fitness journeys. Keep pushing and never give up!
For anyone who’s unsure whether or not these work, from my experience these have helped me lose the majority of body fat aswell as even helping me develop my abs after doing them for several months. I also didn’t even fully do the workout, there were some I didn’t finish or just full on skipped due to the difficulty and yet it still helped, however I’m back to them now after putting on some more weight due to final exams 😅
Thank you for sharing your experience with these workouts! It's great to hear that they have been effective for you in losing body fat and developing your abs. Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results, so even if you weren't able to complete every workout, it's still impressive that you were able to see progress. Best of luck with your final exams and getting back into these workouts! Keep up the hard work!
Might take me 10 days rest to recover. Lol. Not exercised properly since before COVID as I broke my foot playing football just before COVID and have never got back in the habit of exercising. These should help me get there though.
Hey there, thanks for noticing! I've been trying to incorporate this into my daily routine and it's been making a big difference. Have you tried it before?
Thanks for showing us this exercise routine but i just wandered, im 57 and finding it hard to keep up with the reps. Is this workout recommended for my age group, cheers.
Hi there, thank you for trying out this exercise routine and for your honest feedback. I understand that it may be challenging to keep up with the reps at the age of 57. This workout is definitely recommended for your age group, but I would suggest starting with fewer reps and gradually increasing as your body gets used to the routine. It's important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. Remember, consistency is key and any form of physical activity at any age is beneficial for your health. Feel free to modify the exercises to fit your abilities and always consult with a doctor before starting any new workout routine. Keep up the good work and stay active! Cheers.
@gregestevez11, you're awesome! Thanks for choosing our channel to support your fitness goals. Keep following our workouts, stay persistent, and the results will speak for themselves. We're proud of your efforts! 🙌🎉
Haha, I can definitely relate to that! This video definitely gets my heart rate up and makes me break a sweat too. But that just means we're getting a good workout, right? Keep pushing through and we'll both reap the benefits! 💪
Thank you for your comment! I completely agree, incorporating yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy into our daily lives can definitely help us achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle. These practices have been around for centuries and have proven to be effective in promoting overall wellness. Let's all make an effort to adopt these natural methods and experience the benefits of a healthy body and mind. Mahadev!
That's amazing to hear! Age is just a number and it's great that you're willing to try something new. I believe it's never too late to learn and explore new things. Best of luck to you and I hope you enjoy the experience!
Yes, this workout can be used to help you build abs and chest muscles, as well as reduce fat. You'll need to pair it with a healthy diet and plenty of cardio to maximize your results. Good luck!
Thank you for your encouragement! I will definitely keep pushing through on day 2 and stay focused on my goals. Your support means a lot to me. Let's crush this challenge together!
Yes, there is a high chance that it will work, but it ultimately depends on the situation and how it is implemented. It is important to carefully consider all factors and have a plan in place for it to be successful.
That sounds like a delicious plan! Enjoy your chocolate cake and good luck with starting tomorrow. Remember to take your time and enjoy the process. Happy baking!
The exercises are designed to help strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, not only to reduce belly fat. Reducing fat is more about diet and cardio, not specific exercises. That's why the abs aren't highlighted in red.
It depends on a variety of factors, such as your current weight, body type, activity level, and diet. It's hard to give you an exact number without more information. However, it is possible to lose weight in 20 days if you are consistent with your exercise and diet.
I would recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine after a total knee replacement. Depending on the type of surgery and your recovery process, your doctor may advise waiting a certain amount of time before starting jogging or other aerobic activities.
I’m fat will I ever lose weight I ate 1 bag of Doritos yesterday and a bag of potato chips will anything happen to me I’m really scared somebody tell me somthing
Hi there, first of all, I want to assure you that you are not defined by your weight. Your value and worth as a person goes far beyond a number on a scale. It's also important to remember that weight loss is a journey, and it takes time and patience to see results. Eating a bag of Doritos and potato chips in one day may not be the best choice for your overall health, but one day of indulgence will not ruin your progress. It's important to focus on making healthy choices most of the time and allowing yourself to enjoy treats in moderation. Additionally, it's always a good idea to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, as it not only helps with weight loss but also has numerous health benefits.
It is possible to increase the size of your chest muscles with exercise, but it requires dedication and consistent effort. Building muscle takes time, and the results won't be noticeable immediately. Additionally, genetics play a role in how much muscle mass you can gain. So, while it is possible to increase your chest size, it may not be to the same extent as others.
The amount of calories you burn through exercise depends on your body type, the intensity of your workout, and the duration of your workout. To get an accurate estimate, it's best to consult a fitness professional.
Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your torn meniscus. It's important to seek medical advice and treatment for your injury. Your doctor may suggest physical therapy, rest, and pain management techniques. In some cases, surgery may be necessary. It's also important to listen to your body and avoid any activities that may aggravate your injury. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Take care.
NOPE! The video started out good, but some of these routines are NOT good for overweight people. Knees are going to be damaged permanently by some of these exercises. Please stretch lightly and walk several months before you try these routines. Obviously yet another video by someone who doesn't understand body mechanics, ligaments of the human body, and weights.
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the video. We appreciate your input and understand your perspective. However, we would like to clarify that our intention is not to promote any harmful exercises or routines. We always encourage our viewers to consult with a professional and listen to their own bodies before attempting any new workout. We believe that every body is unique and has different needs, so it is important to modify and adjust exercises accordingly. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration and make sure to include more modifications and suggestions in our future videos. Thank you for watching and we wish you all the best in your fitness journey.
Intense. It will take me ten days of trying before I can get through it. But I will keep trying.
