WRIST LOCK DEFENCE TO STOP INCOMING PUNCH IN STREET FIGHT

On street fight to stop attacker puch using parry blcok is easy to follow with wrist lock and throw, even is the attacker is bigger and stronger than your self. Remember element of surprise is a very effective as the attacker will not espect you knowing how to defend your, and this is when you can use the momentum and his energy for effective wrist lock and throw defences.

@@EZMotionSimpleSelfDefence That would be great. FULL SPEED, and you don't get to know what punch is coming. Demonstrate whichever wristlock applies to the punch or strike thrown. Obviously, your Uke can pull the punch so you don't get hit, because you probably will. I'd love to stand corrected, however!
