We're diamond painting again but this time its ON GLASS! I got the idea to diamond paint on glass from @Minori

I did a 5 panel diamond painting, all of the panels were huge. It took me over a year and over 200 hours to complete. Its now hanging on my wall, and I love it. Diamond painting is my favorite hobby.

I recommend you take a look at somenof the small businesses that make diamond art like Munimade and Enabler's outpost. Both great quality and 0% AI content 👌🏼
Also I recommend a bigger tray and multiplacer tip. Girl you seem like a multiplacjng lover, you need to up your game haha!
Lastly, you can get the harbor freight storage container and put the drills in them. Very affordable and great to use!

I'm new to diamond painting and haven't done square drills. Are they harder? I feel like you have to keep them straight more.
I think they’re a tiny bit harder, and they do go on a bit wonky at first but when you finish a section it all comes together ! ☺️💖💖💖

Just a heads-up for next time: the special AB drills are more difficult to place compared to normal ones. They stick to the wax, it's not the wax's fault! A lot of people place their AB drills using tweezers or they swap out wax for putty (it's basically glue dots? Blue tack? I don't know how yall call it, I'm not American)

really relate to what you said about hobbies, quick thought tho: would you be up to sometime trying cross stitch? it is essentially old school diamond painting, using embroidery floss instead of the drills and stitching by hand. in my experience it goes slower but has a nice feel and look to it as well and I'd be really interested in your thoughts about it ^^ (it does also fall in the category of can't do it too wrong bc there are few things to pay attention to and mostly it is just following a pixel art pattern like diamond painting)

Have you tried the checker board method place every other drill done then fill in the rest your drills will be snug as a bug in a rug 😂

Are you using a Webcam to record your face? Compared to the footage just after the footage of your face is grainy and choppy. I'm new to your channel so I don't know if that is normal or not but I thought I would mention it!
My favorite shop for customs is Jaded Gem Shop! She only does licensed art, so you just need to make sure you have the rights/permission to reproduce the artwork as a diamond painting. :) BTW, what was the verdict - could you see the glass behind the drills once you took off the backing, even though they were square?
I’ve heard of them! I’ll check it out today 🤩!! It was pretty good I could see through a tiny bit but I think it would have been better with circle drills. I kinda wanna try it again 😭 lol

@@riahpaigee they have good customer service too. They messed up on one of my colours and replaced it and replaced drills I had knocked over too. Their canvases and drills are under a lifetime warranty for their custom and non custom made pieces. They have a wide variety of sizes and come in round and square drills too. The one I chose is square drilled.

What is the sticky paper that you use to separate parts of the diamond painting please
I think you missed out by not putting some lights behind it, I saw the other video too, and also brought a box frame for it, but used a cross stitch pattern, which seems at first glance to translate well, but am adding a light behind mine too, fingers crossed for me (so much could go wrong).

AB drills are so pretty BUT they are so fussy to use. The wax always sticks to them. I usually try to rub the wax in the applicator on my clothing to make it less sticky.

This would make such a cute CLOCK!!! Well it might be too busy! Also, is it SUPER sticky when you take the back off? Sorry I can't offer any suggestions. I've only just begun diamond painting myself and I'm on the scour for suggestions myself.
Haha that’s so funny because I thought the same thing ! My first thought was to do a clock and someone else said to put lights behind it, I think I’m gonna try it and see how it turns out. And the back was SUPER sticky 😭😅 BUT I was able to salvage the rest of the diamond painting 🙌🏽. Woot 🎉
@@riahpaigee I wonder if you could put spray adhesive on it and do the same diamond painting on glass. The canvas doesn't have to be terribly sticky.

I LOVE diamond painting but someone reason i would get bigger sizes that took forever and my bipolar brain could not handle it so i moved but then my friend says she get small stuff like coasters, key chains and ornaments off temu and does really well so i following her and works so much better, next step is to seal the tops with uv resin

silver , gold , metallic blue , metallic red , metallic green , metallic purple , metallic bright green , metallic sea blue , metallic pink , metallic soft gold , bronse and dark silver
i guess that all metallic colors become more then metallic and yield more to chrome
I have a cyclone boys metallic 3x3 rubiks cube.
Casting and bouncing light like a mirror
But they never made a megaminx in that theme
I know that all plates from the 3x3 cube
are made from colored epoxy resin with a brush of chrome on the backside and patched it on the cube
And finished this with a UV coating

I too am haveing issues with the wax.
I found out why! it was the ABs they pull the wax out! Ive been using tweezers now 💖💖💖💖
@@riahpaigeeyou can also load glue dots into your pen and dirty it up on a shirt or something. I haven’t used wax in 3 years.
I was considering re-watching You. I've already watched it 3 or 4 times. Probably not since last season have I watched it all. I wasn't a fan of that season as much as the previous. I think I like each one a little less than the previous one, which is more because the first one was SO GOOD. It's also the one show/movie that I think is better than the books. I didn't even finish the last book. It seemed too repetitive and it was frustrating me so much, because he was being reckless and dumb. He is smarter than that. No spoiler in case you haven't read it. It just frustrated me. Maybe others loved it.

Diamond art club us a really good place to get good quality and better drills etc, they are on the expensive side too but i promise they are the best quality i have ever had .
