500ml - beef stock
1dsp - marmite
1dsp - tomato paste
1Tbsp- Worcestershire sauce
1tsp - sugar
1TB- olive oil
1TBsp - butter
1TBsp - plain flour
1/2tsp - salt
1/2tsp - black pepper
750g - potatoes (weight when peeled)
150ml - milk
1TBsp - soured cream
25g - butter
100g - mature cheddar grated
