Girl I said the same thing about locs I was a relaxed roller wrap girl then went to a natural girl and now I’m 1 year locd. You can wear wigs and braids. An old southern remedy to get Bop Bop on the bottle. Mix some oats and Karo syrup in the goats' milk. Make the hole of the bottle nipple big enough for the mixture to flow easily out of it. OMG Rochelle, your hair is thirsty as F! Just because it is somewhat relaxed, means you actually have to treat it more carefully than when it is just natural. For the setting you need protein treatment. Then moisture the conditioning treatments plus a good water-based moisturiser every few days. Don’t just put it in A ponytail for days, then awake for ages, of course when you finally comb it out, you’re gonna get major shedding.

It’s not a lot of hair loss for hair that has been tucked away under a wig without regular and proper care or regular detangling, treatments or hydration.
Washing and deep conditioning my hair every week or every 2 weeks and using a hydrating moisturiser every few days has made a massive difference.
Regular trims when needed as well as being gentle when combing out your hair and not doing it completely dryyy may also help.

I used to think she was funny back on Toyas vlogs but as a parent, shes incredibly selfish towards her kids in terms of providing stability consistency...and guises it with humor/sarcasm. As crazy as Latoya is, her kids routine, lifestyle and emotional health is clearly prioritized.

Roti, you are not supposed to comb hair too much after relaxing which you did. Also avoid tight stretchy type of hairstyles like ponytail

Microlocks are VERY versatile because they are so small…box braids, cornrows, wigs and all can be done on them. Also because the parting is very precise and uniform
