I’d get fresh mozzarella, mold them into bars, freeze them. Then I’d take bread crumbs, dried oregano, dried basic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary, flours, and corn starch to make a dry mix. I’d have an egg mix & milk for my wet mix. Drip the cheese into the eggs/milk and coat it in the dry mix...and then fry them. Because they’re frozen, it takes a while for the cheese to melt and by the time you see it melting, the coating is done frying.
So fried cheese can be DELICIOUS! It just takes a lot of time to make. 😁

Hey, I don't know about the ins and outs of your deal but a lot of fans would agree with me in saying we'd love for the videos versions on Spotify as it has so much more of a mate vibe to it like how Joe rogan has it. Idk about other people but i have yorkshires and stuffing with every roast, and a lot of people don't have yorkshires at xmas because they traditionally go with beef (i dont care about that though)

You know i get its a good ice breaker and its fun to talk to your guest about meal deals and food but it is kind of like instead of showcasing your guest, youre just having the same conversation every podcast and putting forth yours and stevies own opinions way more than the guests. Its kind of how I feel with TrueGeordie and the food reviewer.

It is so bizarre to me how much the British drink. It freaks me out honestly. One of the reasons I worry about living there. That and I feel like it's actually a bit more misogynist, and it's definitely more transphobic than the parts of America I live in / would want to live in. Also british peanutbutter is different than American, and I eat the no sugar no salt, nothing but peanuts, straight stuff in America. It's so much better here. I'm not sure why yours is weird. Maybe you drain off too much of the oil?
