My favourite part of every single time anyone ever has one of these videos/storage "guides": The components are always, without fail, either no longer being produced, unavailable, or wildly more expensive.
I was contemplating getting the $40 storage solution for MKUE, until I saw your video. Thank you sir!!! Great idea that saved me over $30 and works perfectly. Awesome solution for an awesome game. Thanks again!
Love the idea of separating everything out per hero! Will the mini pizza boxes fit overtop of the original black plastic figure storarage *with* the additional clear "protection" plastic?
This was really great. Thanks so much. I will be doing this as a storage solution but also I'm thinking of separating out the expansions and building my knowledge of the game slowly. Still trying to figure out how best to do that.
I separated out the monster tokens that were base game only when I started playing. It makes it easier to play the expansions too because they call for the new expansion monsters to be in separate stacks anyways. I just threw all the advanced action cards, spells, and recruits in together though, but don't notice a difference.

I don't see the purpose for the boxes as you still have them bagged inside of them. I just bagged every hero in their own bags. Not as nice looking but does the job.
Everything is just loose inside the boxes. Yes, essentially they serve the same purpose as baggies, except I don't have to dump everything out each game. I can leave the certain tokens in the box until I'm ready for them.
Yes, the insert can hold sleeved cards. I personally sleeved most of mine, mainly the ones that make up your hand. I did not sleeve the reference cards or the unit cards you can recruit since you don't shuffle them into your hand. I will probably sleeve the unit cards at some point, but I wanted to get some clear sleeves since there are gold ones (elite) and silver ones (regular).

No, which is why I transitioned to a Plano box. My plastic storage tray started cracking really early on too.
@@TheMeepleMarathon Thanks for clarifying, ordered them both! Just getting into Mage Knight and this will help with some of the setup / tear down
Much cheaper option and I love the stickers on the boxes!
Just saying - with the new expansion that will come out in about 7-8 months, you can still use this solution. Thanks
You're welcome.

The boxes are no longer available from that seller on Amazon or Etsy. Any other recommendations?

@@TheMeepleMarathon Looks like the 5" are to wide and won't fit all 7 boxes.
