Sir M. Vishveshwaraiah is a great engineer across the world with his intellectual brain.he is a well known for his works on KRS dam and many projects across the world. I am in pride to be born in his state and district.
He belongs to Telugu Mulukanadu Brahmin community which settled in Karnataka centuries ago and follow Karnataka(Mysorean) culture and speak their own Telugu dialect amalgamated with many Kannada words. Brahmins adapt and show patriotism to the culture of the land they presently reside in but still regard to their origins with utmost respect. This is observed everywhere like Kannada Madhwas in TN and AP, Iyengars in Mandya, Tamil Iyers in Kerala, Sankethis, Deshasthas, etc. Personally as a Mulukanadu Brahmin, I obviously identify with Karnataka(Kannada) culture but my and mother-tongue and roots are in Telugu which I truly respect.
