Just wondering why work has stopped at Lincoln Crest mobile home park on the new water line installation. No workers for 2 weeks and my yard is one big trench, a muddy mess on the side of my siding when it rains, can't cut my grass properly, etc. why have they moved to another job when this one is not completed??
