Delhi Township investigating stolen parts from 12-foot skeleton Halloween decorations

Neighbors in Delhi Township have a bone to pick with whoever is stealing parts from their 12-foot skeleton decorations for Halloween. Police say they've had multiple instances of the robberies and are taking them seriously.
