Lately I began to realize that happiness in much of the western world is simply a two week vacation to florida or a trip to disneyland once a year. It’s like a fake happiness drug. But there are cultures in the world who are truly content with life without the need for all these material things, and it’s fascinating to me. I cannot wait to travel and learn the ways of these people

Abc actually not among the toughest trek for sure. But i think its easy trek among the mountains. But yes for those who haven't done hike or trek before, its bit not easy to walk 8 hrs a day or may be 10hrs.
