@@wakfu-dub-lover rotalstrom can absorb wakfy but armand used stasis with the eliasphere and that blast must have taken a lot of energy so now the dragon is paralyzed by the vines and can't move nor feed himself

It means as Armand gave one last boost with the eliasphere, not only did he tilt Rotalstrom's head backwards to deviate the blast, he also severed the dragon's spine/neck! Sure, as a necrom, Rotalstrom is immortal and still alive, but as paralysed as a vegetable.
