I think Tazor’s actually one of the most layered characters on the show. Looking at the picture with his mom and grandma, he had certain upbringing before the street life. He is impulsive, reckless but I think there’s something there to make him the likable anti hero.
The most powerful is Michael. I dont think their pursuers are aware the extent of his powers. I think this is why in the future everyone else respected him and he is shown as the leader

Michael, Tazer and Sabrina are my favorites. I actually appreciate the level of unapologetic demon time Tazer and Krazy were allowed to express. I'm not sure if Krazy is dead. It reminds me of how they killed Letty off in Fast & Furious. I'm interested to see how Tazer evolves now that he knows his mom didn't abandon him. I understood why he was wild learning that Craig/Krazy stepped up to raise him once his mom left. I feel like this group is also going to provide Rodney with the family he's always wanted.

Rapman put his foot all the way in this show. I was waiting for it to drop being a fan of many of the cast members but especially Tosin and Adelayo. The whole time I was yelling for Dionne to drive her behind home, if he teleported her he might’ve gotten stuck and the whole team would’ve got got. She wanted him to be a superhero and use his powers and was being a distraction, sticking around like she had powers. She does a lot of serious drama roles but I was really introduced to her as the lead of a comedy series called “Some Girls”. That end scene with the team death was very similar to Umbrella Academy but I let that slide because if you’ve got a time manipulator it’s bound to happen. I’m excited for the next season because we are hearing good things about season 2 coming together after it hit #1 UK and then #1 Global Netflix. My top 2 are Michael and Rodney, I’m going to need Sabrina to lift Rodney’s mom and drop her real hard, I hate parents that exclude their child(ren) because of a partner, especially a racist one. I definitely feel we need 8-10 episodes, it’s crazy because the US we’ve been used to 18+ episode seasons prior to 2017, streaming has us waiting forever for 6,8, or 10. I am used to it by now though because with the exception of some of their productions seasons are shorter in the UK. Steven Moffat was really giving us 3 episodes of Sherlock every few years.
As a black Brit we never had something like this. Ever respectfully this show was made to show south London in its entirety, Americans already have so many superhero tv show. I can’t be mad at you synell for not liking Tazer that’s how I feel about Sabrina’s sister. That moment at the shooting when she had to nerve to say “ I have to make sure he is okay” I was so done with her. But like the main comment says probably the obstacle would be the inability to use the powers for a while to go back to the fight scene and that would make casualties within the crew. That would be 1 more episode to circle back and Dione to die somehow because the plot needs “vengeful Michael”. For that I don’t mind how it ended, straight to the point, -Introduce the main crew, hints main villain, introduce cause of fight-end of season 1. And keeps you wanting more.
Im theorising that Krazey actually survived this season and will be back in S2. For starters we don't see him being killed on screen and we dont see his body either. Secondly, he could've stolen michael's powers as he was stabbed, so time traveling would be the only way he could survive.

Watching it with you guys. I believe the reason those 5 were significant is that we're shown they constantly cross each other's path on a regular basis without knowing it. Ray said that activation is more likely to happen when in proximity of another with Supacell. Also the reason why he was concerned about them finding each other. That org has been real good at not letting those with powers meet and unify outside of how they want. Let me stop cause I'm about to go down a whole ass rabbit hole with this shit!

I loved all of the Character development throughout the season. I enjoy them all. My Favorite are Michael and Tazer bc they are such polar opposites of each other. I watched an interview with Rapman where he said when he presented the Show to Netflix he told them he has Three Seasons ready! Praying they do them all!

Q1: Tazer is redeemable, he's still young, but he's gonna be a bit Darth Tazer for a bit more. I'm looking for him to learn some life lessons in Season 2 that grow him up some. Give the kid an Arc! Q2: I want S2 to be war, I want them to go on the offense and the repercussions of that play out. Andre needs funds, get that man a paying gig! Michael & Sabrina keep skipping work, they gonna need new jobs too. It don't grow on trees, they need to eat, and a place to sleep off The Itis. Michael is now a 1 income household now too... Q3: Netflix ended what few sci-fi shows they had, BUT this could be a series they could run with after Umbrella Academy finishes. That's their superhero thing before this. I could see this being the next thing to fill that spot. But I don't see Netflix going into it with spinoffs unless it does phenom numbers. I think Rapman has planned 3 series. As for Black Lightning and Luke Cage, I liked both, I miss both, but I told my wife watching Supacell, that this show felt like a better produced BL, because the plot-lines of government trying to steal/control super-powered people and the community being the victim of powerful shady people... It is kind of along the same lines, but done better here because it doesn't have to stretch things across too many episodes, or conform to any comic book expectations. I love the series, just 2 minor things : I got frustrated with Michael for not telling his girl the truth, or at least a version of it to keep the conflict to a minimum. People in shows are so dumb sometimes in relationships to add drama, I just get mad when I see men doing relationships wrong. The other thing was I probably should've turned on subtitles, cause the London street slang was difficult at times, and I think I'm pretty good at that usually, but this show tested me. Some of my whiteness came out.🤣I was like huh? Come again? That's on me though for not turning them on I guess. I don't put Stabby on the side of evil. He's a kid doing what he needs to to take care of his found family. He never went after Crazy's mum, he was just staking out her place until Crazy came by. Stabby didn't mess with civilians, that girl was part of the game. He doesn't need redeeming
Tazer is a DEMON. He is the definition of evil. Its an active choice for him. He was literally given powers and his first instinct was to use them to sell drugs and kill.
Might be possible as the ones who have powers don’t have the full blow sickle. Andre said when he was walking his son home him and his mum done blood test to check if he had it and he didn’t which is similar to sabrina sister. My theory is the ones with powers have trait which doesn’t effect there lives have powers and the ones who have full SS don’t have it like all these parent they have it but don’t have powers but that leave the question for those who don’t have it completely like Andre son.
I believe Tazer is a redeemable character based on his circumstances. they don’t really touch on his dad which for any black boy is a very important role especially when it comes to being influenced by gang culture the very thing that Andre is trying to keep his son away from Tazer doesn’t have that his mum isn’t even there, he has only just recently learnt his mum got unsliced he’s angry and makes bad choices because he has had bad influences aka Crazy Craig
It's possible Michael isn't rewinding into the past. It's possible he's just experiencing the future then altering it. Kind of like a super intense pre-cog experience. Not saying he can't travel into the future, but I don't think he can travel into his *own* past. Even when he came back from the possible future where he met himself, when he came back, it was to a point after he'd left.
Like Rekkai, I'm looking forward to dark Michael next season I would also like to see what the purpose of the evil organisation is. Government gone rogue or corporate? And, purely for selfish reasons, give my boo Sabrina more screen time 😏

My favorite character is taser. I think I understand Tasia's motivation after growing up without a mother and thinking that he was abandoned and nobody cared about him he grow up in the streets like a lot of other black taser becomes heart and only about his rose but if you notice one thing about him loves loves the ones down and willing to do anything for it the first step up and take a challenge for all his like you said he's a soldier too hard and I think he is redeemable but his redeemable quality is his loyalty and also in war that in war you need that X factor that soldier who's going to do the unthinkable to achieve the goal and that taser for me

The other thing we need to discuss is now that Dionne died ahead of time has Michael created multiple timelines? Can he travel to and from them? The initial time he went to the future that looked very different. I think that will be looked into Season 2
Of you think about it none of them really wanted their powers which contributes to the fact that they didnt really use them. But Tazer and Rodney used theirs the most for their personal endeavors and we seen that as well in comparison to the other 3. Theyre just ppl with powers (who didnt really want them tbh), not superheroes. Now in season 2 tho, their new goal requires the use of their powers so i beleive it'll definitely reflect

Overall loved this show. Great to see Tosin Cole (from Doctor Who) in another time travel show. Michael is quite the upgrade from his character Ryan from that show. I will say though too many of these characters were overly emotional and couldn't seem to follow simple instructions. That tragic character death at the end was because the individual couldn't get in a car and drive away. How hard is that? Good grief. If there is a Season 2, I would like to see some growth in maturity from these characters.
I like the fact that they gave us something you can watch with your family, kids and elderly people. No exaggerated sex scenes, nakedness, and gay things. They kept it real African based respecting the culture. I hope they keep it like that.

I think supacell can be a great product, but the one thing it suffers from is the fact there is no source material. The Boys has plenty of it, which Amazon can Cherry pick from. Supacell is an all original project that seem to have good writers behind it and actors who bring the characters to life. I think it could be up there with the boys but not touch them because of the shock and awe fact they have.

I loved all of the Character development throughout the season. I enjoy them all. My Favorite are Michael and Tazer bc they are such polar opposites of each other.
I watched an interview with Rapman where he said when he presented the Show to Netflix he told them he has Three Seasons ready! Praying they do them all!

Q1: Tazer is redeemable, he's still young, but he's gonna be a bit Darth Tazer for a bit more. I'm looking for him to learn some life lessons in Season 2 that grow him up some. Give the kid an Arc!
Q2: I want S2 to be war, I want them to go on the offense and the repercussions of that play out. Andre needs funds, get that man a paying gig! Michael & Sabrina keep skipping work, they gonna need new jobs too. It don't grow on trees, they need to eat, and a place to sleep off The Itis. Michael is now a 1 income household now too...
Q3: Netflix ended what few sci-fi shows they had, BUT this could be a series they could run with after Umbrella Academy finishes. That's their superhero thing before this. I could see this being the next thing to fill that spot. But I don't see Netflix going into it with spinoffs unless it does phenom numbers. I think Rapman has planned 3 series.
As for Black Lightning and Luke Cage, I liked both, I miss both, but I told my wife watching Supacell, that this show felt like a better produced BL, because the plot-lines of government trying to steal/control super-powered people and the community being the victim of powerful shady people... It is kind of along the same lines, but done better here because it doesn't have to stretch things across too many episodes, or conform to any comic book expectations.
I love the series, just 2 minor things : I got frustrated with Michael for not telling his girl the truth, or at least a version of it to keep the conflict to a minimum. People in shows are so dumb sometimes in relationships to add drama, I just get mad when I see men doing relationships wrong. The other thing was I probably should've turned on subtitles, cause the London street slang was difficult at times, and I think I'm pretty good at that usually, but this show tested me. Some of my whiteness came out.🤣I was like huh? Come again? That's on me though for not turning them on I guess.

I don't put Stabby on the side of evil. He's a kid doing what he needs to to take care of his found family. He never went after Crazy's mum, he was just staking out her place until Crazy came by. Stabby didn't mess with civilians, that girl was part of the game.

Tazer is a DEMON. He is the definition of evil. Its an active choice for him. He was literally given powers and his first instinct was to use them to sell drugs and kill.

Might be possible as the ones who have powers don’t have the full blow sickle. Andre said when he was walking his son home him and his mum done blood test to check if he had it and he didn’t which is similar to sabrina sister. My theory is the ones with powers have trait which doesn’t effect there lives have powers and the ones who have full SS don’t have it like all these parent they have it but don’t have powers but that leave the question for those who don’t have it completely like Andre son.
I believe Tazer is a redeemable character based on his circumstances. they don’t really touch on his dad which for any black boy is a very important role especially when it comes to being influenced by gang culture the very thing that Andre is trying to keep his son away from Tazer doesn’t have that his mum isn’t even there, he has only just recently learnt his mum got unsliced he’s angry and makes bad choices because he has had bad influences aka Crazy Craig

It's possible Michael isn't rewinding into the past. It's possible he's just experiencing the future then altering it. Kind of like a super intense pre-cog experience.
Not saying he can't travel into the future, but I don't think he can travel into his *own* past.
Even when he came back from the possible future where he met himself, when he came back, it was to a point after he'd left.

There must be a limitation on how far Mike can go back. Because once he's recharged, he could just go back to before Dione died.
I think he hinted around to not being able to do it again. Hopefully in season 2 we'll get more backstory as to what his powers can actually do.
I don't think it would matter, as discussed in the review, I think her death is a fixed point on time/cannon event. So if Michael were to save her, she probably would have died even sooner or later.

I think tazer is for sure my favorite character there is just something about him and band his aura. I really feel for his character in a way
in fairness in britain we do get free healthcare and dont have to worry about fees in hospitals so that was realistic

My favorite character is taser. I think I understand Tasia's motivation after growing up without a mother and thinking that he was abandoned and nobody cared about him he grow up in the streets like a lot of other black taser becomes heart and only about his rose but if you notice one thing about him loves loves the ones down and willing to do anything for it the first step up and take a challenge for all his like you said he's a soldier too hard and I think he is redeemable but his redeemable quality is his loyalty and also in war that in war you need that X factor that soldier who's going to do the unthinkable to achieve the goal and that taser for me

The other thing we need to discuss is now that Dionne died ahead of time has Michael created multiple timelines? Can he travel to and from them? The initial time he went to the future that looked very different. I think that will be looked into Season 2

Of you think about it none of them really wanted their powers which contributes to the fact that they didnt really use them. But Tazer and Rodney used theirs the most for their personal endeavors and we seen that as well in comparison to the other 3. Theyre just ppl with powers (who didnt really want them tbh), not superheroes. Now in season 2 tho, their new goal requires the use of their powers so i beleive it'll definitely reflect

Overall loved this show. Great to see Tosin Cole (from Doctor Who) in another time travel show. Michael is quite the upgrade from his character Ryan from that show.
I will say though too many of these characters were overly emotional and couldn't seem to follow simple instructions. That tragic character death at the end was because the individual couldn't get in a car and drive away. How hard is that? Good grief.
If there is a Season 2, I would like to see some growth in maturity from these characters.

I like the fact that they gave us something you can watch with your family, kids and elderly people. No exaggerated sex scenes, nakedness, and gay things. They kept it real African based respecting the culture. I hope they keep it like that.

I think supacell can be a great product, but the one thing it suffers from is the fact there is no source material. The Boys has plenty of it, which Amazon can Cherry pick from. Supacell is an all original project that seem to have good writers behind it and actors who bring the characters to life. I think it could be up there with the boys but not touch them because of the shock and awe fact they have.
