Wonyoung is actually impressive for speaking 3 languages here. I don't see why people are hating on this girl, she's obviously intelligent. If a host speak 3 languages in the west, people would be mindblown
Nah, speaking three languages is nice and Wonyoung did a great job, I fully agree she handled all of that very impressively and theres a reason why she was chosen here. But in the West, outside of the US, speaking three or more languages is pretty common and not very impressive.
The accent is unnatural and weird. That's my "criticism" of her English. I don't know how or where she got that accent, it sounds annoyingly unnatural.
@@aileen9266 depends on the country. In homogeneous like Japan or SK, speaking 3 languages is a big deal because they dont need to speak more languages. In US, only English-speaking people are considered narrow-minded because US is a cosmopolitan society, but that's not the case there. In India, knowing 3-5 languages is quite common (because English, Hindi and your official state language are compulsory, so if u are an immigrant from another part of the country u need to have those as well as whatever your mother tongue is. And that's not even discounting the regional dialects).
ate kung manonood ka ng mga awards show sa korea isang monoblock lang na mahaba inuupuan nila. Di naman need ng magarbong set up dyan di naman reception ng kasal yan.
