Thought of when I tried this recipe. Loved it! 1 can chicken 1 can Cream of chicken 1 can chicken broth 1 can Rotel tomato's 1 can Cream corn 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained) Heat in crock pot and serve with tortilla chips Easy and delicious, I think it was even better tge next day.

Yay to bonus video this week! Could use all the motivation I can get. I lost something yesterday and did my cleaning in my bedroom never found what I lost but least my rooms extra clean now. My up side to this week I lost 10 pounds I’m diabetic and my dr says I have to lose weight and for a whole month I’ve lost 10 pounds and I’m proud of myself for that. That note Avery wrote for herself is too precious 🥰🥰🥰 I don’t blame you for getting upset about the soup I’ve done that before myself and then I look at like what you said no one got hurt so it’s one way to look at. Im so excited to start bringing out my Christmas pjs. I used to find so many crumbs, in the couch, in their carseat when they were little.😊 I love eating leftovers. The food got a chance to marinate and taste before than when you cooked it.

When I put something in my oven to cook I buy the large foil trays like a turkey tray and what ever I cook the container the food is in sits inside the foil tray so no spillages goes into my oven to be baked on the foil tray may help with heat so I turn my cooker down slightly just wipe the tray ready for the next meal, saves cleaning all that gunk off x

Ahhh I LOVE hearing this! I get in enough cardio through running and doing my spin workouts so I like to use Caroline for strength training. I pretty much just do the iron series since that is pretty much all lifting weights! But I've heard great things about the EPIC series!
@@JamiesJourney so I was mainly cardio before starting iron and I thought I’d keep up my cardio with it but after a couple weeks I was dead 💀 like had to quit my deficit (was already 6 weeks in on a 500 cal deficit when I started) and start eating at at least maintenance bc my neat went down so hard. But now that my energy is back I’m just like hmm 🤔 was hoping to score 1 or 2 new heavier dumbbells on Black Friday. We shall see! Thinking maybe 1 more round then work on balancing cardio with it. Decisions decisions..

Just caught your video today and wonder about the steam cleaner for the kitchen. How often do you have to fill it with water? Were you able to do the oven door without stopping? Do you use distilled water? I stopped using my floor steam cleaner because of all the extra steps to just use it. I had no idea you could take the filter out of the dishwasher! If I'm being completely honest I would have been pretty mad too finding the soup the next morning....It has happened to me before as well. And also same, because I go to bed before my husband and if he sees something he will put it away as well. Thanks for the extra vid this week! Love the high point! I definitely wish we could do that. My kids are older so I dont need them out of my hair to get things done but just to spend time with their grandparents would be awesome! My parents are no longer here, my husbands parents, one is in IL and the other in FL. My husband is in the Navy which has us in VA. I am very grateful for the life we have and we make the best of it, but being closer to family would just make it even better.

Happy Thursday Jamie! Funny story I sold my den furniture because I got some new. Of course I vacuumed and cleaned under it really good. When the mover guy said to me oh this most be your grandchildren’s favorite chair? I said No why? When he took the recliner apart to move it there was popcorn, M&M’s and a couple of skittles that fell out from the bottom. I said Nope that would be my husband’s recliner that he sits in every night! Lol. I was so embarrassed 🙈! That was my Low point of the week! New furniture was high point! Lol 😂

Thought of when I tried this recipe. Loved it!
1 can chicken
1 can Cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomato's
1 can Cream corn
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
Heat in crock pot and serve with tortilla chips
Easy and delicious, I think it was even better tge next day.

These night time cleaning videos are the best! The vibe is different and more relaxed and I enjoy it so much! I’m glad you showed a few different ways to use the bissell steam shot. I want to get one but I feel like I don’t have that many places to use it. Maybe I need to go back through some of your videos and take notes on where you have shown yourself using it. I guess I feel like I need to justify it to myself in order to spend the money or something haha. Thank you for another great video! Yay to bonus video this week! Could use all the motivation I can get. I lost something yesterday and did my cleaning in my bedroom never found what I lost but least my rooms extra clean now. My up side to this week I lost 10 pounds I’m diabetic and my dr says I have to lose weight and for a whole month I’ve lost 10 pounds and I’m proud of myself for that. That note Avery wrote for herself is too precious 🥰🥰🥰 I don’t blame you for getting upset about the soup I’ve done that before myself and then I look at like what you said no one got hurt so it’s one way to look at. Im so excited to start bringing out my Christmas pjs. I used to find so many crumbs, in the couch, in their carseat when they were little.😊 I love eating leftovers. The food got a chance to marinate and taste before than when you cooked it.

When I put something in my oven to cook I buy the large foil trays like a turkey tray and what ever I cook the container the food is in sits inside the foil tray so no spillages goes into my oven to be baked on the foil tray may help with heat so I turn my cooker down slightly just wipe the tray ready for the next meal, saves cleaning all that gunk off x

Ahhh I LOVE hearing this! I get in enough cardio through running and doing my spin workouts so I like to use Caroline for strength training. I pretty much just do the iron series since that is pretty much all lifting weights! But I've heard great things about the EPIC series!
@@JamiesJourney so I was mainly cardio before starting iron and I thought I’d keep up my cardio with it but after a couple weeks I was dead 💀 like had to quit my deficit (was already 6 weeks in on a 500 cal deficit when I started) and start eating at at least maintenance bc my neat went down so hard. But now that my energy is back I’m just like hmm 🤔 was hoping to score 1 or 2 new heavier dumbbells on Black Friday. We shall see! Thinking maybe 1 more round then work on balancing cardio with it. Decisions decisions..

Just caught your video today and wonder about the steam cleaner for the kitchen. How often do you have to fill it with water? Were you able to do the oven door without stopping? Do you use distilled water? I stopped using my floor steam cleaner because of all the extra steps to just use it. I had no idea you could take the filter out of the dishwasher! Thanks for introducing this old girl to some new cleaning ideas!

If I'm being completely honest I would have been pretty mad too finding the soup the next morning....It has happened to me before as well. And also same, because I go to bed before my husband and if he sees something he will put it away as well. Thanks for the extra vid this week! Love the high point! I definitely wish we could do that. My kids are older so I dont need them out of my hair to get things done but just to spend time with their grandparents would be awesome! My parents are no longer here, my husbands parents, one is in IL and the other in FL. My husband is in the Navy which has us in VA. I am very grateful for the life we have and we make the best of it, but being closer to family would just make it even better.

Happy Thursday Jamie! Funny story I sold my den furniture because I got some new. Of course I vacuumed and cleaned under it really good. When the mover guy said to me oh this most be your grandchildren’s favorite chair? I said No why? When he took the recliner apart to move it there was popcorn, M&M’s and a couple of skittles that fell out from the bottom. I said Nope that would be my husband’s recliner that he sits in every night! Lol. I was so embarrassed 🙈! That was my Low point of the week! New furniture was high point! Lol 😂
