Please refer to the Information Bulletin point no.7f. It says, if there is a new allotment in mop-up round, then earlier allotment will be cancelled. Does that mean in case there is no new allotment in mop-up round then old seat (from 2nd round) won’t be cancelled? WBJEEB made the process very confusing.
