HadesOmega Solar Powered Garage Episode 90 - Error #8 Bus Voltage Too High + High SOC Analysis

After getting the second string panels online I get an error and the system goes down. We take a look at how the system behaves when the battery is at a high state of charge.

probably you bms protectiin kicked in , protecting your batteries.
once that happens, voltage may spike.
check your bms for warning of over amps or voltage in a cell

I have a SunGoldPower 6048 6kW split phase and i get the same error at noon when the most power is being generated. If the battery is 100% for an hour, I'll get that error. I guess the battery float voltage is too high

Yep exactly same ad this. I lower the float voltage or max voltage and it will just stop charging. Sometimes it will still throw the fault if I leave it charged for too long. How do you like the split phase does it work well? You can use both to charge the battery? Because mine is slightly maxed out.

Yes I lowered the float voltage and when it fully charges it doesn't throw the error MOST of the time. It still does it sometimes.
