    if I ever go to Tokyo I am coming here I hate talking to people when I eat idk why shy I guess this is just perfect and ramen is my fav food too eat!!

    I’m sure you don’t know how to peal a hard boiled egg. Crack the hard boiled egg on a flat surface and roll on the flat surface with the palm of your hard with a small amount of pressure.

    Sure wish we'd get this chain in the US... but then it'd probably only be in special areas, like Vegas and New York. If one opened in Vegas, I could visit that one....

      According to our search, Ichiran has three branches in New York. Hopefully they will open a branch in Vegas too...!

      The ichiran in New York is alright but not worth the cost. Half the reason I went to ichiran more than once is it's cost vs size 😂

      In the past, there were many ramen stalls in Japan. They used to play music like 12:10 using a musical instrument called Charmera to attract customers.

    I have 2 questions.
    First, what does "richness" mean?
    I assume it means how concentrated the broth is but I don't know.
    Second: Why didn't you drink the remaining broth?
    I read somewhere else thay it's because it is too salty but I'm legit curious about this one

    could someone tell me how the broth tastes like? since i dont like pork i thought i could keep it aside whenever i visit so please let me know how the broth tastes 😅

      Ichiran's ramen uses broth extracted from pork bones. The taste of the broth is difficult to describe, but it has a deep richness.
