Hello sir i have recently satrted as a fresher CRA in Monitoring BA BE studies and collect data, but my senior are saying that this experience of BA/BE studies is not useful as compared to CRA in Clinical trials monitoring , is that true ????? Please explain me as i am very confused
Yes that is true to an extent. Because BA/BE trials are very niche and you won't be able to work on any other indications. BA/ BE trials are performed in a way and that's it, you won't get to learn more or update your skills. I agree with your senior, do not limit yourself to BA/BE. Try to work with others therapeutic trials and improve your portfolio. This way you would be relevant in the future as a CRA and not be restricted to a particular type of trials.

Yes definately. Just make sure you study about the fundamentals of clinical research and clinical data management
