I was actually surprised because the battles I've seen from him so far were NOTHING of this caliber. Incorrect. Both came with jokes in the first and Uno clearly got that round. Can't deny that Madness got the second and quite comfortably. Uno got the third by talking to Madness on a level. He broke down exactly how Madness approaches all of his battles - he doesn't prepare properly, his bars aren't good enough to compete with where battling is at now and is arrogant enough to claim he wins everytime.
I feel like Uno Lavos brings a very original style, despite his rhythm not being as good as say...Arsonal. However, his comedic timing is incredible, his delivery creates great haymakers, and I personally think his laid back personality in this battle was cooler than Madness trying to make him look like a sloppy/stupid clown. I mean, Uno had punchlines woven into punchlines, which were all part of bigger schemes. Uno has had close calls in the past, but he had so many haymakers that he demolished Madness in this.

This was a toss up for me, I have to say that Madness is probably one of my all time favorite battle rappers, I don't think his punches are landing as hard as they used to, or what they should have, I do agree with him on the crowd, I felt that his bars and delivery were on point, I say that, but honestly Uno just walked all over him, first and second go to Uno, third goes to madness without a problem. Dope battle and thank you for always putting these videos up KOTD.
I recommended this match up in the comments a few months ago. Thanks for setting it up! Uno was at his best and Madness wasn't on his A game. But still, Mad's bars were more revelant and harder hitting. Uno's second was horrible. These judges are consistantly terrible. Get judges who know rap from a toolbelt or people are gonna stop battling/watching.

However, UNO went in on the third round and discarded the jokes and said some pretty factual stuff (admit it, some of the veterans do act like divas). UNO edged the third round for that reason.
