Try going as Funtime Freddy and using Bon Bon
You should go watch Andiematronic's cosplay tutorial on Glitchtrap, it's really good and she tells you the basics of how to make a good looking cosplay as well.

What kind of cardboard did you use for the structure? I tried making a Foxy costume a few years back and the cardboard I used was from some packing boxes, and it kinda fell apart.
