This just made me so full of life, danced for hours non-stop, smiles and hugs were shared, an all around great release of energy and relief.

Read God's Word, preferably start with Gospel of John, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you, give you wisdom and revelation that way you're born again and see your life changed by the Spirit of the Most High.
