Thank you, Tony Fleming, for vicariously taking me home. As a child in the 1960s, I grew up crewing on my grandfather's boats cruising the wonderful protected waters and connecting channels of Puget Sound, Georgia Strait, Desolation Sound, and as far north as Pt. Hardy. Then, I did I it as an adult in control of my own boats from 1974 to 2001 (when I moved away from the coast). I miss it all the more when I watch your videos...wonderful memories. Thanks, again! 🙂
Totally captivating, I could watch it for hours. This one was far to short. Thank you, you are a master craftsman with your video production skills. Love your journeys, thank you for sharing them with us.
I can't tell you how much I enjoy these National Geographic quality videos. The music and calm narration are both relaxing and engaging. I've been able to see and appreciate the natural beauty of places accessible only through cruising. Thank you.
Mr. Fleming, I thoroughly enjoyed finding and watching your previous work. Skill with the camera and the quality of the narration were both exceptional in every video I found. I was a bit sad when I realized I had watched all of them (or at least all I could find). Then lo and behold a new one. You made my night! I can't wait for your next installment.
Thanks for sharing Tony. Allways love your videos. So well done just like your yachts! Fell in love with a 55 yrs ago. My dream boat. Cheers mate. Rick & Lori
Stunning work. Fine photography, brilliant, if a little droll narration and ballsy navigation. I´m an aging sailboat type yet the possibilities offered by a boat of this style are truely attractive. Venture. What a little ship. Lovely lines, obviously capable and deeply desirable. As they used to say, a proper yacht. I want one. Nice to see BC again. Reminds me of my youth when I dared the stray there. Amazing place. Though when I was there Nunaimo was but a wooden built little towm with gorgious views across the straights. Such nostalgia.
I enjoy these videos so much Mr Fleming, I'm from brooklyn, I knew nothing about boats or sailing before Venture Adventures, the world is beautiful, your videos are beautiful
I am just one of many people who love Canada and sometimes can't get enough of it and after having seen a few of your videos. I will be going back to Vancouver in April really looking forward to it. love your videos
Wow! You are a master of your craft Mr. Fleming! Well done! I finally had the privilege of seeing three of your vessels at the Vancouver Boat Show. I felt I have come to visit an old friend as I kept looking at them for Ventures’ name. It was a highlight for sure. If you’re ever in Vancouver, do a meetup please, as I’d love to personally thank you for all your efforts that make these videos. Bryan from Vancouver
Keep up these great story telling and videos. Anytime I see a new video, I immediately click play. I wonder if you'll get to the Hudson River and/or St Lawerence to the Great Lakes. Maine is another great trip as well. Keeping my fingers crossed.... Thanks again
Venture visited the Hudson in 2008, all the way through the Erie Canal, St. Lawrence, PEI, Nova Scotia, and into Maine, eventually ending near Annapolis. There should be videos of the whole year that started in Baja Mexico here.
Been there, done that in 2008! On You Tube go to: "Venture through the NY Canals" and "Venture down the St. Lawrence". Also "Alaska to Nova Scotia Pert 2". We currently have 83 videos on You Tube with more in the pipeline.
I hope one day to be able to say, "well, had nothing to do so decided to take my multi million dollar yacht and go check out Canada's west coast for 3 months". Until then, I have to tune into this channel. Many thanks for these videos.
Another excellent video showing my home state of coastal Alaska. Our day dream would be owning a Fleming 58 and spending the summer months experiencing everything from South East Alaska to the Aleutian's and everything in between.
Lovely video. Thank you for sharing your ventures. I was wondering what year Venture is? Seems the nav equipment is a little dated. Any plans for an upgrade?
Fantastic videos n my absolute favorites. Very well shot n narrated. 👍👍👍
