Hello a question what video editor do you use and how do you ask it so that the video does not lose quality because when I upload a youtube video it lowers its quality to the worst quality

i use capcut to edit and to make sure the video doesnt lose quality you need to make sure on whatever video editor you use the quality is set to 1080p
