Reality is they put high expectations for counter offensive with the enemy that was just well prepared and unfortunately it happens but Ukraine put to high of expectations in the counter offensive than being realistic.

Zaluznhyi happens to be the only Ukranian left in Ukraines "upper management", he seems to be very well liked by the military, qnd the Ukrainian people.
