Firstly, Prophet is a strong word and they have to be directed to spoken by God so anybody calling themselves a prophet is questionable. Secondly, You will never find a perfect church, pastor and organisation so therefore offences will happen in the church even Jesus suffered offenses but it is how you deal with it that matters. if the person felt that they were treated bad then he/she should speak to the prophet with a leader in the church and if not resolved then speak to somebody above the prophet whist doing these things, you should be praying and being sensitive to the holy spirit and if the issues is not resolved biblically then you should leave the church and find a good bible believing church that Preaches, Shares and Values God's word and where the person will grow spiritually.
People have bad experiences in restaurants, schools, workplaces, clubs and others but that does not mean you will not trust other places that does something similar how much more the word of God and a place where God dwells.
Thirdly the person should speak to a mature Christian friends(I expect as a Christian he/she should have some Christian friends)and let them know what she is going through and they should help her in the healing process and she should find a bible believing church they will spiritually as the longer the person is out of church the worst it will affect her. Unfortunately there are churches that operate biblically(bad churches) and you just have to pray for them and leave that to God however there are good churches and the person needs to move on in that case and trust God as you are serving God not the people or the Pastor.
I wish I had more context into what the person was going through as it will be easier to address the situation. There are sometimes that the problem is more of the individual than the church and not all offences will make you leave church because as stated earlier offences will happen. I wish I was there to discuss this topic.
