fr i panicked on my game cause i couldnt do too much dmg to carry early so we lost early due to team diff

Pantheon uses it in support role, shaco does too. Not great supports but in the off meta support role they buy it. Akshan with it in support is actually insane as you can rush it with the grapple trick on the sickle support item
