The Mentoring Program is an internationally recognized practice for the career development of young researchers, with a focus on gender equity.
This initiative is part of the activities of Task 3.4, contained in Work Package 3 of the ReUNITA project, which focuses on improving the careers of researchers both at the beginning and throughout their careers.
